New Members Welcome Night 2026

HP Alumni events are fuelled by fun, friendship, and food for thought.

At last night’s (14 Sept 2026) New Members Night, more than 30 of us got together for a light dinner followed by an AI panel featuring Tian Chong (TC) and Michelle Huang, and a session on Finance and AI run by Wendy Wong (Finexis)

More importantly, we welcomed 19 new people!

TC talked about how organisations need a strong AI vision - one driven not just by Artificial Intelligence, but also cultural and human intelligence. Michelle talked about AI apps that have been invaluable to her as a small business owner.

Wendy discussed the role of AI and human wisdom in financial planning.

Old friends reconnected, new relationships were built, with lot of warmth and laughter all round.
