Position Brief
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving direct and some channel enterprise sales within the Hong Kong and Macau market. We are looking for a hands on senior sales person who can identify and develop sales opportunities and new channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of strategic business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. The candidate must be able to work on a very independent basis and produce results in a timely fashion.
The candidate should participate in all the phases of the software development lifecycle. He should assist with the establishment and maintenance of processes and standards to ensure consistent and best practice delivery of Professional Services.

Must have (No Exceptions)
- At least 5 years direct Sales experience in the Enterprise software sales industry in Hong Kong
- Solid vertical sales experience to either the Government, FSI, Telco or Manufacturing area in Hong Kong
- Have a solid track record of achieving quota
- Should be articulate and very comfortable presenting to C-level audience (CFOs, CEOs, CIOs)
- Must already be based in Hong Kong
Nice to have
- Worked in a brand-name international technology company in the past. Examples of companies that the ideal candidate would have worked in are IBM, Oracle, HP, Business Objects, Sun Microsystems, BEA Systems, Hyperion, Siebel, Interwoven, Cognos, Documentum.
- Be fluent in Mandarin
